Sky Pirate Caption IronWing

IronWing: Many years ago before the time of the great Arkeyan war i was never called iron wing my real name was Hurricane. I was bigger then any other Gryphon and my wing where so powerful they could make hurricane wind that could blow away  ship that would dare come and attack my people. Everyone looked up to me as a Hero. i protected my clan from any intruder that would dare try to attack us. but one day news broke out that a great war was going on and many villages where being attacked by enemy called the Arkeyans. The empress was looking for any one  with special abilities to help stop this treat and Bring Peace back to skylands. I left my people thinking they would be safe from any treat while i was gone and head to the capital city and right away was join with 16 other giants like my self to help aid in this war.
this was being on the skylander unit and we where all given elements of are abilities and skills. I was the element of Air which didn't surprise me do to the fact most my attack where used by wind. During are Training I became close Friends with a whale named ThumpBack. we got along vary well and had much in common.
over the time of the war we trampled the Arkeyan force and my fellow skylanders and I had many victories but that would soon change when ThumpBack returned badly injured from battle with the great arketyan Ship "The Dying Light" he told us that this so called ArKeyan WarLord crushed he fleet and he was the only survivor. this made the empress concerned, If one ship could do that much damage think what it would do to a city. To her this war had to end for she felt that the arkeyans where not going to give up soon and they where making more advance weapons so we where split up two groups one group was going to make sneak attack on this warship as the other group was going to take on the arkeyan King. ThumpBack didn't join my group for facing that ship would only reminded him about the one he lost in that battle so it was up to me to avenge them for him.

to skip pass the details we arrived to the area where the battle ship was and made are approach, It was dark and we got in successfully and fought are way though the ship take out any arkeyan robot that try to stop us but when we got the main reactor room. there he stood there waiting for us, The Arkeyan warLord him self and we didn't hesitate and charge after the human but that was are biggest mistake we underestimated this Man and one by one he killed everyone of us. In all my time in battle I never seen  someone so Ruthless. At the end of the fight i was the last one left and i could barely stand but just as i was about to get up i felt his foot hit my back and slammed me down on the ground and then the unthinkable happen, I could feel his hands Grip my wing and  ripped them off. I cried out not just in Pain but my Pride taken away. After that e grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the room and then though me off the ship right on  the city streets which i never even knew that ship was at the capital as. I watch it crash into the city but after that i passed out. when I woke up in a junkyard and a little robot came to me offering some food and he told me what happen, he dragged me to this place to keep me from harms way and made me new wing but they where nothing compared to my old one's but they had to do for now. once My body was healed i had out and the little robot came with me. we commandeer a ship and head out to the open sky but I never returned to my people. over the time we picked up others who where much like us, lost and felt abandon and over the course of time we became pirates but we only took what we needed. the skylander known as Hurricane was dead so I made a new name for my self Caption IronWing.

 today I'm old Gryphon, fare older then anyone Gryphon out there to this day. I've seen it all it seems like but I feel like there is force driving me foreword. Like there is another propose for me. Unit then I well keep sailing these clouds till my time well finely come but still i wounder, What ever Happen to Thumpback?
